a long spacious great room with a stone fireplace and large windows facing the ever-changing view of the Great Smoky Mountains. Huge white pines frame the view, and a wildflower meadow below the Inn completes the panorama.

At one end of this room, a grand piano provides the centerpiece of a sitting area with bookshelves lining one wall. At the other end, guests are served hearty breakfasts and delicious four-course gourmet dinners prepared by two outstanding chefs.

Facing south, a wall of windows provides breathtaking views of Mount LeConte's three peaks. Mount LeConte is the most prominent of the three highest peaks in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Just outside the windows is a long, covered flagstone terrace. Cool and shady during the summer, warm and sunny during the winter, the well-designed terrace is a special place to enjoy the mountain air while relaxing in rocking chairs.

Stroll left in the main building and come upon a comfortable Library. Stroll right and down the stairs and find a large common room complete with coffee/snack bar and a spacious deck. Great for events, meetings, or simply relaxing with book, these common rooms are available to all.
