Arrival & Check In - Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. If you are not able to arrive by 9:00 p.m., please call for special instructions. Guests with dinner reservations should plan to arrive by 6:30 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

Two Night Minimum - On weekends and holidays there is a two-night minimum stay and on some holidays there is a three-night minimum. We make exceptions, however, depending on availability.

Children - We accommodate children twelve and older in all accommodation and younger children in cottages and guesthouses.

Smoking - Guests may smoke only on outdoor porches and verandas.

Pets - We do not accept pets.

Cancellations - For a single room, notification of cancellation must be received at least 10 days before the scheduled arrival unless some other period is specified in writing. For multiple-room reservations, a one month notification of cancellation is required.

Deposit Policy -- A deposit equal to one night's stay is required.  Deposits are forfeited when notification of cancellation is not timely (see above).
