Buckhorn Inn is an easy drive from Knoxville, Oak Ridge, and the Tri-Cities, yet its peaceful seclusion offers participants an opportunity to reflect and to open themselves to new ideas and information. Our backroads lead guests through beautiful scenery—with almost no traffic lights—right to our front door.
Our conference facility will accommodate 40 people in various configurations. It is comfortably furnished with sofas and chairs as well as standard meeting room furniture and equipment.

There is no charge for the use of the conference facility when a group books a minimum of six rooms, suites or cottages.
