Arrival & Check In
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. If you are not able to arrive by 6:00 p.m., please call for special instructions. Contactless check-in is available by request. Guests with dinner reservations should plan to arrive by 6:30 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
Two Night Minimum on Weekends and in October
On weekends and holidays there is a two-night minimum stay and on some holidays there is a three-night minimum. We make exceptions, however, depending on availability.
Children
We accommodate children twelve and older in all accommodation and younger children in cottages and guesthouses.
Smoking
Guests may smoke only on outdoor porches and verandas.
Pets
We do not accept pets.
Cancellations
Notification of cancellation must be received at least 14 days before the scheduled arrival unless some other period is specified in writing in your confirmation letter. In October, major holidays and special events as well as other reasons the cancellation period may be longer and will be specified in your personalized confirmation letter. You are responsible for the entire stay you have booked if you fail to show, depart early, or arrive after scheduled dates.
Deposit Policy
A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required for most reservations but a greater amount may be required in some circumstances and, if so, that amount will be specified in your confirmation letter. Deposits are forfeited when notification of cancellation is not timely (see above).
