Thanksgiving Homecoming 2025

For many Buckhorn Regulars, Thanksgiving is a traditional favorite. The weather is apt to crisp and cool and you can expect a roaring fire to welcome you. The skies tend to be clear and with the trees undressed, the views just go on forever.  There is a three-night minimum and regular rates apply.

Dinner will be served at 5:00 p.m.  Chef Frank has created a fantastic holiday menu.

Broiled Codfish with Steamed Clams over Pea and Parmesan Risotto with a Seafood Broth

Second  Course

Linguini with Roasted Butternut Squash Puree, Prosciutto Crumble, and Toasted Pine Nuts

Turkey Breast Roulade

Turkey Breast stuffed with Sausage, Apple and Sage Cornbread Stuffing with Giblet Gravy
